preheat : No

wrapped in foil
 
3 small potatoes( 350 grams) 30 mins @ 200

scrambled eggs for breakfast, too easy, would take me about 10mins on stove top, i have solid electric elements that take forever to heat up. in the AF it only took 2 mins

I have gas Uni so a scrambled egg is done so quickly that I have to have everything else ready before I start - toast, cutlery, drinks.
