love the idea of a pin
l had not thought to look in to other peoples trolley to c if they had a thermie or not by what they brought
l am generally to busy looking after the kids and trying to get out of there as quick as possible with out any tandrums
and no l dont go though the self serve till at coles supermarket, as last few times l did that with the kids it was a night mare  that l dont want to repeat and plus l think its nice to talk to some one and let them do the work

I like the idea of a design for the Thermomix owner. I am a machine embroiderer so I can see that it would be fun. I might play about with an embroidered design when I come back out of hospital. ( I am going to be forced to rest up for a time) It could be embroidered on a T shirt or on a shopping bag. There is no end to the possibilities.

Cookie, I'd be careful where you put the EDC in your shopping trolley.  I had a whole heap of shopping bags stolen from my trolley when my back was turned.  Remember there are no plastic bags in SA (you pay for bio-degradable ones at the checkout) and someone had obviously forgotten to bring their own supply. Luckily my handbag was over my shoulder at the time otherwise that would probably have gone too.  I now safeguard them using the child restraint straps.

Wow JD I can't believe someone stole your shopping bags out of your trolley  The cheek!!
We all have had to get use to taken our bags when we go shopping here in SA.
I'll have to keep a better eye on mine when I go shopping next
