Mine came about when I was setting up my first email account, right before l went on one of my round the world trips.  It's a combination of my first name, second name and state of mind at the time.  ;)

Robyn I love your avatar and yes you do look like a teacher.  :-* :-*

My forum name is what my Dad used to call me from a very young age. Basically as soon as I could start cooking. The 1 is just there in case someone else had chosen Cookie as well.

Loving this thread!  And the new profile pics so we can put faces to names.  And the kitchen pics!!  It's interesting to see how many of us got our usernames from mispronunciations on the part of little people in our lives!  And how good is the word twitterpated!! Must use that myself, soon, I agree we are all twitterpated with the tmx!

Well I am Meagan because I started off on a forum for cloth nappies (my first ever forum) and used another name mum2(my son's name) and I decided when I joined here I wanted to be know by my name. So no exciting story there. Frozzie I picked the link between France and Ozzie  ;)

Loving this thread, mine is pretty boring Jen in wa, I use the name Tassie on other forums that i have been on for years but seeing that we haven't lived there for 20 years thought an new group new name. We have  been in Perth for about 14 years after living up north and PNG.
I decided to come out of the closet and use my photo in my avatar.

I love reading your creative reasons for coming up with your forum names, and when I tell my family whose recipe it is I refer to the forum name only because it conjures up a character that everyone can remember and relate to  :D

Some of the WA girls have met you already at Tenina's class Jen but for others, it is nice to 'see' you.  Great thinking with the forum name.
