Ok, I bought one! Now I just need someone to find a bargain on an icecream maker, and I'll be set! Not for a few months though please, need to work off the credit card first 😉

Yes kt2 mine is the Breville fast slow cooker. It steams , sears, slow cooks and pressure cooks and very easy to operate. I love it but I am sure they are all good and all do the same things. The recipe booklet it came with is pretty poor but there are some good pressure cooking books around. I got the AWW one and Suzanne Gibb's on the recommendation of our foru members.  :D

Have you used groupon before Debbub? How does it work? I've been given the go ahead to buy this so was wondering do they all have to be sold to get it at that price? Is it the same as that dodgy TMX deal last year? I'm a worrier when it comes to things like this but can't walk away from that price.

Yes the deal is on they've made enough sales. Haven't used groupon before but since new wave are the suppliers listed I'm hoping it's all ok.

I've had trouble with Groupon in the past with things like meat deals and a restaurant meal for my DD in Melbourne - when they went there to book, it was gone!  2 meat deals were a non-event - trouble there is that they sell too many deals and the poor butchers have no hope of supplying something like 600 orders. I did receive refunds.  I decided to unsubscribe after all that but have recently joined again and am now waiting for my office chair to arrive.

It's hard to measure because of the shape but it's about 34-35cm tall...here's a pic that might help...I was a bit surprised at just how big it is, but it does do a lot.
