I've got a batch in the oven right now. So far so good though I found the piping mixture a bit too runny so I will cut back on the water a bit for my next batch.I couldn't be bothered making the sugar syrup so I used light agave syrup.Good idea. Look great.
Chookie have you tried making this dough in advance and refridgerating it overnight? I want to bake some fresh for tomorrow morning but don't want to get up a 4am to start the douhg and let it rise.
