Made the granuesli tonight and added dried apricots and dried apples as I didn't have a lot of cranberries. Also added pecan nuts and used 2 tblsp of vanilla paste.
OMG!!! This is so delicious!
Thanks again Tenina.
Another wonderful recipe.

Made this last week and OMG it is beautiful. It is my new favourite breeky cereal. I added cranberries and dried apricots. I have had it every morning, about 2 handfuls with some milk or yoghurt. But it is disappearing very quickly, so will have to make another batch soon.
Thank you so much Tenina for the beautiful recipe.

So delicious! My partner likes Carman's cranberry cluster cereal but ran out today so I offered to make Tenina's. The smell while it was cooking was so good, that I couldn't resist and just had a small bowl for afternoon tea. Brilliant. I may even abandon porridge one day this week so that I can have a bowl. There may be a fight over the last serve!

The aroma whilst the oats were toasting, was divine!
absolutely scrummy....I used the 2 Tablespoons of vanilla paste, which I think is really worth while.
2 kids & hubby already had a bowl of it for dessert, and loved it......I think I might have to make my own vanilla paste now.

There was a discussion on here previously about making the paste. I wouldn't use 2T unless I could make the paste myself or I had shares in the company

I'm naughty and for this I do use 2 tablespoons. DD eats it in her yoghurt, I have it as muesli and DH eats it for a snack. We LOVE it.

Hi
I made a batch of Tenina's Cranberry and Almond Granuesli this morning and the kitchen smells amazing!!! I used vanilla extract rather than paste and it appears to have worked out just fine. I also blitzed my almonds a little longer than the recipe mainly for the kiddies benefit.
My family enjoy muesli and homemade yoghurt alot...so I know I am on a winner here :-)
It made stacks. I made 1.5 of these glass jars and they stand as tall as the TMX.

Made this last week and we loved it. The hard part was trying to keep the serving size small as I don't know exactly how calorie free it is! I also added some cocoa nibs I had which gave it a subtle chocolatey flavour. I'll definitely be making this one again.

We absolutely love this in our house. I use 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract and the kitchen smells divine when it is cooking. I like to put the final mix back in the hot oven turned off and leave overnight. The smell is awesome.

Thats a great idea Kimmy, just making a different kind of graneusli now for all my house guests…using orange juice and zest, choc chips, spelt and quinoa…awesome. Going to leave it in the oven to dry out like you suggest.

Scrummy yummy amazing devine...
Could really put anything in this mix, I didn't have a lot of cranberries so used dried apricots.
Taste tested with some vanilla ice cream yummy! Breakfast for dinner I think ;-)
