What a delicious soup ! I made it tonight for dinner but left out the pasta as I find it becomes a little gluggy in soup . It's very tasty and I highly recommend it. Hubby ate 3 bowls to my one and he's not a great soup lover. Will certainly be a regular dish over the coming winter.

Bread / Re: Thin and crispy pizza dough« on: March 11, 2013, 10:00:08 pm »
I've always loved thin crusts but can't seem to find one at the usual pizza outlets . It is SO much healthier to eat this one with very low salt and fat content . ( except for the obligatory mozzarella ) . Lots of fresh tomato, mushrooms and basil .
What about the pizzas sold these days with the cheese and Frankfurt stuffed crust !!!!!!!! Ooh yuk 8

The Survival Guide / Pasta sticking« on: March 07, 2013, 10:40:32 am »Ive just cooked some dry pasta in my TMX for the first time and the strands of cooked pasta have wrapped themselves around the blade and are difficult to remove. I followed the cooking instructions to the letter in the EDC . Is this the norm or have I done something wrong ? 10

So the chicken mixture simmers in the heatproof dish and the steam does not come into direct contact with the food at all ?

Good morning . I have not cooked in my varoma much as yet and am unsure what sort of " heatproof dish " to use when cooking this recipe?

Chit Chat / Re: So many choices !!« on: March 03, 2013, 05:12:54 am »
Thank you all for your suggestions. I did what I always do and spent so much time looking at the recipes that it was soon time
for my guests to arrive. Fresh tropical fruit and icecream was the result. . I did, however, make the Thai Fishcakes from this site and they were delicious. I'm going to make the dessert suggestions over the course of the week and add them to my repertoire.
