Happy Mothers Day from me too! I saw this this morning. I wouldn't have thought of doing this with avocados, seemed too delicate, but freezing for an hour before hand makes sense. Would be nice to have access to one or two during the colder months. I'm going to give it a try. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_Jw6oavUSk&feature=youtu.be&mc_cid=a13d5b1d12&mc_eid=df32dcbdbbAlso this seeded bread seems worth a try too.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lctow2hJnO8&feature=youtu.be&mc_cid=a13d5b1d12&mc_eid=df32dcbdbb
Good morning everyone, my hands still feel numb from the cold this morning but the sun is out so maybe I’ll thaw out before too much longer. Just having tidied the freezer drawers probably hasn’t helped!I’ve had the workers here since early this morning starting on the bathroom reno.I hope you all had a nice Mothers’ Day, my DD and family came here for lunch, picking up platters of food from a local hotel plus a container of very diabetic friendly gelato (plenty left over In the tub for me). First time they’ve been here for ages, my 2 DDs arranged for the local one to buy presents from them both so I was completely spoilt.Great service from HO Michele.I liked the look of that seed bread Julie, good on you for giving it a go. I can now eat whole grain bread so I’m really enjoying that instead of Keto bread. I loved the avocado idea too although I wouldn’t put so many in the bag, individual serves would work better for me. My sealer broke so I’ll trial just sucking the air out of a small ziplock bag and see if that works. Cookie I hope your family remembered Mothers’ Day in the end.
