It was about 36 here yesterday. Today is going to be 37.  Our summer this year seems to be warmer than the last couple of years. Or maybe I am getting older. 😀😀 It wears me out.

Lovely. We have just been notified that we have a 5 day lockdown. A pity that it is this week as we had a coffee run and book club. However it is for the best. Hopefully there are no more community cases.

You’ve had a good run in the west cookie, just goes to show that’s this Covid can rear it’s ugly head at any time.  Hope you have plenty of food in the house.

I laughed so hard I nearly spit my wine when I read that Judy. I am sure cookie could live without shopping for food for at least 3 months. Chookie could live for a year!  I could last at least 2 months and I am sure you could last the same. I could last with
wine for about 6 months!

You’re probably right Gert. Apparently people have been out panic buying! I can’t understand it. It’s 5 days, not 5 months.

Gert, I had a good laugh at your comment. However, since having DD and family for dinner every Tuesday night, I am delving deeper into the freezer. OMG teenagers can eat.  I’m enjoying feeding them.
Cookie, as you say, your lockdown is for 5 days.
Another attack on veggie garden yesterday.  I’m enjoying working and chatting with GD.
Mid 20’ again today. Lovely.

We had just over 20mm of rain yesterday and 15 so far today. No wind, thank goodness.

We’ve had a bitterly east wind blowing from Russia here today. Besides walking Chance twice and feeding the wild birds I kept inside the house for the rest of the day.

It is still cold here. Mid 20s this week. It feels like Autumn.
CC, that does sound cold.
Physiologist today.  Seems to be working.  Have had 3 days with minimal pain.
Last week I shopped on Tuesday.  Not a good day to shop. Many shelves not stocked.

The physiologist sounds wonderful Chookie. Worth their weight in gold.

It rained again here, not a lot though.

That is so good to hear Chookie, I love my exercise physiologist.

All this chat about exercise is making me feel guilty ... I haven't been back to gym since they reopened earlier this year - I always seem to have an excellent excuse for not going, as well (I can be very inventive when I try!).

Same here Marina. I don't go to the gym but regularly walk on the treadmill, which I hate.
Lovely and cool here again today, 24 at the moment.
