Very basic lunch here.... I rolled chicken breast fillets in gf fosm and cooked in my convection microwave with homemade potato gems and salad.  8)

Looks similar to my DH lunch Mich, he had a left over burger patty and caramelised onion in a Turkish roll. We both had Winter Vegetable Soup from Pg86 My Way if Cooking. We love it!
I don't often use that book, but that soup is a definately winner.

 I don't have that book but the soup sounds really good. It's been very cold here the last couple of days and soup warms you up fast.
