Well done Judy. You will have to teach me at FF.

After Chookie mentioned this morning that this sauce recipe would be similar to a  lamb cutlets meal they had at a restaurant I tried it for lunch today as I had the chops already thawed.  I also had non-fried rice in the freezer and some bok choy  to use up.  It's the best meal I've cooked for myself for ages, the sauce would be useful for many purposes - it was lovely in the rice, would be great with stir fried vegies  and could be used with any meat/chicken stir fry or noodle dishes.  Thanks Chookie, it was delicious.  I made the sauce in the TMX.

It was Denise and I know Geoff would have loved it too.  I'll have to cook extra next time and take a couple into him.  There's more in the freezer from a bulk pack I bought at Costco some time ago.

Brunch - A Michael Moore recipe from his Blood Sugar Recipe Book. I was going to pass this recipe book on and was looking through it and found several recipes I want to try.
These are stone ground muesli  hot cakes. They were delicious. DH was very happy. Also had some strawberries that needed eating so made poached strawberries to serve and natural yogurt.

Thanks JD & CC. Glad I looked through this book before deciding to give it away. I didn't know Michael Moore was a diabetic. Just some great low sugar, low carb recipes that don't have a gazillion hard to find ingredients.  ;D

I walked up to the village near my work place to get lunch, usually get inclined towards Thai, but today bought a slice of nice vegetable quiche and salad from a lovely little bar :)

Mum didn't feel like eating her main for lunch so she sent staff over to where I was trying to get Geoff to eat something to ask if I would like it.  You don't have to ask me twice and I really enjoyed the flathead fillets, chips and salad.
