I made this simple and tasty 'vegetable noodle miso soup' today for lunch. Vegetable stock, fresh ginger and miso was the base with spiralized zucchini & carrots, along with edamame beans was all that was in it. I have made a note to snip the strands of the veg next time before cooking to make it easier to eat with a spoon.
Not the best photo because of the dappled sunlight.

You're right there Judy, I ended up cutting them with a sharp knife, much easier to eat
Thanks Cookie and Cornish.

Julie, looks delicious. I often use kitchen scissors to snip pasta that is too long.

We had late morning coffee and taste tested the Caramel nut slice from Recipetineats Blog. This has to be lunch. Very sweet, easy to make, fresh nuts essential. I chopped the nuts a little.
Soup for Dinner.
