Made two loaves, one plain and one with sundried tomatoes.



50g sundried tomatoes (not in oil) and 1 d of dried onion rehydrated in boiling water until cool. Done in a hurry.
Chopped and added to half the dough after first rise before shaping and proofing in tin.
Sprinkled nigella seeds on top.

Made this as cheesymite scroll, enjoyed by all.  DS was very keen helping...  The picture is before and after oven.

Thank you JulieO, BeezeBee and Judy.  We shared some with our neighbor, snack before swimming lesson and lunch box.  Very pleased that this is so easy and quick to make!
