Made a batch of Beatty's Biscuits today using coconut and choc bits.

This was my first attempt at inserting a hyperlink and I don't think it has worked  >:( Oh well better luck next time

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made some of the shaped loaves today, some chocolate biscuits and a curry from the first calendar.

I've just popped a Cheese & Leek bread and butter bake into the oven - my version of Gretchen's Stilton one.

I used the No Fuss recipe. I weighted it and divided it into 3. DH is very impressed. I've cut them up and toasted them in the oven to use with dip when we go camping. Thanks again Michele. Will post a photo of the finished product next time.

Maddy they are brilliant. It's my DD's birthday this week and she's having some friends over for a spa even at 17 I'm sure they will love a plate of these instead of a cake.
