Ps Maddy I would love an ice cream. Is Teninas ice cream made with cream or condensed milk?

Maddy, the ice cream looks cute!

I've scrolled through 4 of the latest pages. Some fantastic cooking going on :D

With Summer approaching and the mercury rising, it was just right for some homemade Iced Kacang 😋 - a very popular dessert in Malaysia. First time I used TM to shave ice. It's done to a fine texture but there were still bits of unshaven ice.

BZB you will have to share how to do it with us, it looks lovely.

I am making some Napolitana sauce for our pizzas at the moment. Will do the dough a little later.

We are having a meeting here tonight so I get to supply supper. What fun. People to eat the food. I have made a Pumpkin Fruit cake. It isn't DD's but has no fat or sugar in it. Very easy to make so I'll post it in non thermomix recipes.
Also some macadamia and fig biscuits, Judy's caramelised onion tarts and some little fruit things with a biscuit bent round them. If they work I will share.

Sounds lovely everyone.
I love that pumpkin fruit cake Cookie.

Just about to put a sour dough loaf into the oven. First one I've made for a long time. Happy my sour dough starter is still going strong.

Not sure about that Judy, but baking bread is becoming a bit of a hobby.
