Mini naked quiches with leeks from garden, mushrooms from fridge with 2 eggs, a splash of milk, and a heaped D of quark.

The breakfast bars from the one/two thermomix book with only half quantity of maple syrup.

A version of djinns seed bread.

A cake with virtually no sugar but lots of fruit.

JD's tomato soup, several salads and the jersey caramels from the simplywholefoods website.

A heap of mince with 500g beef mince, 200g green lentils,2 onions, garlic,  3 sticks celery, 4 carrots, a piece of squash, and half a small swede cubed, some left over beans in sauce and tomato soup. Served with three veg mash and purple sprouting broccoli from the garden. Yummy.
Put 4 cottage pies in freezer.

I made so much washing up....

A loaf of No Knead bread this morning.  I was inspired by Uni although mine didn't look nearly as good but it tasted nice.

I have a pot of meat sauce cooking at the moment to be made into a lasagne tomorrow.

I used a casserole dish as I don't have any dutch oven type dishes.  The loaf seemed to be more steamed than baked.  Also had it at the bottom of the oven as per video but will put it up higher next time.  Tasted good tho.

I'll invest in a proper heavy dish after we come home.

Awake since 4.30 so up at 5.30 to put on a beef slow cooker meal with the remaining half of my pack of oyster blade steak.  Should be ready for my lunch with such an early start.
