I love the sound of the strawberry jam, scones and cream. I only ever make this strawberry jam now.

Thanks Gert, now I know what to do with some onions I have sitting here waiting for me to do something with.  They don't appear to keep as well as they used to.

Ain't that the truth Emme. I had to throw 3 new red onions out as they had black hearts.  Jam is easy as. Be good in Onion bread too.

Gert, the onion jam recipe looks easy enough. And sounds very good.

How do you make your scroll? Sounds like one of the Baker's Delight scrolls that are soooo yummy.

Gert, may I suggest trying this recipe.  My DD made them the other day and they were so delicious, quick and easy!  I will be making them myself soon.  :D

Oh dear JulieO.

Probably should have done something simpler. No finesse here but the stuff in the bottom is like a praline. Yum yum.

Looks yummy Gert.  Are these the Cindi O'Meara ones or Bill Granger's?  Hope you enjoyed them regardless  :D

When you can be bothered, try the ones in the link I posted, they were really good and much simpler.  ;D
