I'd love one of those muffins with my supper BZB.

I didn't cook anything except dinner. DH made chilli chicken wings in the AF. He did 10 minutes at 200, then 10 minutes at 125.

I tried making a cookie mix for 6 biscuits in the AF and it failed. I thought it would be ideal for the AF instead of turning on a big oven for 1 or 2 people. Oh well I tried. Like the idea of the muffins BZB.

Busy day here today so never got around to taking photos, but I firstly made Tenina's strawberry & vanilla bean jam, then cleaned the bowl.
I then whipped some cream in the TM before making NayNay's  scones (without cleaning the bowl).  Everyone absolutely loved them, served with Tenina's jam and whipped cream.  My DD claimed them the best scones she's ever had!

I later made chicken & prunes from MOTM for them for dinner.
Wasn't sure at first as the sauce was an insipid colour and very thin after cooking with the butterfly in for 15 mins, but I then removed the butterfly and cooked for 5 mins more with the MC off.  The prunes dissolved and thickened and coloured the sauce.  It completely changed the look and flavour of the dish.
Again it was enjoyed by all (served with mash and steamed broccoli & carrots).   :D
