Schwaebischer zwiebelkuchen Yum!  For the kids lunches.



And comet crunchies. E saw it on playschool so we had to make it. Guessing quantities of ingredients as we went. Delicious!

And nay nay scones. Yum!

It's delicious Judy. Yes like a deep pan pizza. Dough base, covered in bacon and onion and topped with five eggs beaten with 300g of sour cream.

Thanks everyone, love baking.
I used the AF tin Judy and cooked it in a cast iron casserole. I thought i may have stuffed the small one as i poured water straight from the kettle for the first big loaf, then we had a cup of tea and i thought i would make another and did the same but with very hot water.  I always try and use tepid water obviously more forgiving than i thought.

Here is the raspberry and plum jam I made the other day. Also Tenina's Aunt Debbie's Banana Bread. The best I have ever tasted.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
