Thanks Astarra.
Great recipe.
We ate it in sandwiches and finished left overs as a dip.
A winner.

You've said that before about other recipes Astarra, now many more of these non-recipes do you have up your sleeve LOL

Love the sushi mat idea. Nothing cooking here. I'm on my work days. Kids seemed disappointed when I put the bowl back without putting anything in it lol.

How sweet of her Bedlam.

This morning I have cooked some quinoa and toasted some hazelnuts ready to do a salad tonight. I'm going out for lunch and then I have to do some shopping so I 'll need some of dinner prepared.

I made raw banoffee tarts and raw lemon tarts yesterday (for some reason this thread wouldn't open for me yesterday). Today am thinking those biscuits on the forum.

Lemon tarts

Banoffee tarts.
I make them in small muffin cases as I find it's easier to portion control and share around to the mums at school whilst we wait school being let out for the day.

Nice Kyton, it sounds very sociable around school knock off time.

I've got some chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker this morning.

Snap Judy. I slit my drumsticks and rubbed them with curry paste, popped them in with some veggies. Smelling good . Off foraging now.

Pretty tarts, kyton :)

I like the idea for your drumsticks, Gert. How long do you cook drumsticks in the slow cooker? Does it need a lot of liquid??

Made Nigella's choc chip muffins. These and Creampuff's blueberry muffins are my go-to quick fix for afternoon tea :) Plus mochi cheese puffs. My boys love them!

Served a choc chip muffin and a mochi to the tradie who came to install our gas heater for his morning tea. Nice chap. Old school , takes pride in his work and charming. So I fed him 😄

Made Julie's chocolate icecream as well. Yum!
