Sure Karen.  Actually I think I might put it in the non-TMX recipes as so many people have asked for it.  Give me time to type it up, I can't seem to find where I saved it  ;D

I would have it saved Judy, I can email it back to you.

It's a great recipe and so easy (I managed to make it the week after I got home from hospital and I couldn't do anything). You basically just put it in the slow cooker and wait.

Thanks Kimmy.
Well I finished making the split pea and ham soup started yesterday, made red cabbage with onion and apple to go with lunch of shepherds pie with mixed root veg topping, made chicken noodle soup for tea and will finish the olive loaf with that tonight.
Trying to make sure every meal we have is optimum nutrition to aid our recoveries. Of course DH still eats rubbish as well....  ;D

Not sure how long my new found diligence will last but am also trying to reduce middle aged spread by cutting out on unnecessary extras! I have a big box of satsumas in the fridge and they are my current staple snack!
