Mab I like the sound (and look) of the gingerbread, is it more like a bread or cake?

It's a cake Wonder.  Not made in the tmx, but easily converted.

I made some cauliflower soup based on Chookie's Asparagus soup. Some every day bread and some Rye Bread rolls from Tenina.

The gingerbread looks lovely.
Tonight I made Uni's quick rolls and Hally's lamb and fetta patties for dinner. I haven't quite got rid of my baking bug yet as I made a batch of Dede's Choc chip bickies and Snappy's lunchbox bickies. I have stashed some bikkies in the freezer as much to hide them from DH as anything else!

Lots of bulk cooking. Great if you can hide it!!
Today made 20 SD crumpets, tomorrow another 20, for Famers Market on Saturday. Also 3 bread sticks, 13 square rolls from Cookies Vienna bread recipe,n( I just had to buy one of those tins for $5), and a SD loaf that is doing a go slow on me.
I love making jelly.
Roasted some peanuts in AF, from cold , 8 minutes @ 200. Perfect.
Making vanilla Ice Cream tonight.
Tomorrow GS is coming to stay for 4 days so had to get busy cooking so I can spend time with him.
