Very happy with my bread, possibly the best sour dough I've made. I need to stop eating it!

It looks delicious Katie. Chookie's SD starter is brilliant, mine is still happy and healthy since I was given it just before the Gracetown FF.

OMG that looks so professional Katie.
I am making 3 new bread recipes today. One finished, one in oven and one proving.  Wish I could post photos. Will put recipes here and photos on blog.
Made Ral some Mango Yoghurt in TMX as the one we have been buying is full of sugar.
Made Carrot and Lentil soup, 5.2 recipe.   It is hell with all this bread around.

Thanks everyone.  Look forward to your new recipes Chookie.
I've been posting photos using Tapatalk lately, it seems to be behaving itself again.

I made Richard some sugar free strawberry ice-cream today. You're so right Chookie about the amount of sugar in commercial varieties. It's scary when you check the nutritional info on packages.

That's a loaf to be proud of Katie, well done you.

I had lots of veggies in my crisper when I left for the FF so today I got rid of quite a few of them.

Cauliflower & Bacon Soup, creamed parsnips and Spanish Rice pudding.

I then used up some carrots, onion, cauliflower & zucchini in a tomato/tuna meal.

Thanks Michele. The parsnip recipe is one of JulieO's but I can't find the recipe - good thing I had printed it out.  Mine is not a vegetarian version as I had some onion and bacon for the soup sitting right alongside the parsnip ingredients and ended up combining the two recipes for a short time.  It turned out quite OK though.  That will teach me to be smart and start preparing the ingredients for 2 recipes at once  ;D
