CC, that sounds very nice.
Yesterday made Chicken Pot pies with the last of the takeaway chicken.  Added mushrooms, asparagus and kale. Have frozen these.  Today cooking Lamb shanks in SC. Also making Peppermint Ice Cream.

Here is Kimmy's Carrot cake that I made on Wednesday. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13297.0

I also made a batch of Chookie's No Fuss Rolls. DH decided to help and between us we made fancy rolls. It was funny as the only two left after lunch were the two round ones!

Cookie, I love the look of those rolls.
I have been experimenting with the SD loaf in the bread machine. I did the water test and used the starter once the starter floated in the cup of water. One knead and took 12 hours at room temperature for dough to double. Loaf ok but going to do a double rise to see if it rises quicker.
The machine I am using is a Brevill. I have used a Panasonic previously.  I think the Panasonic is better.

Top is pale.  Think this is due to window in lid.

No cooking here. I had read that Bakers' Delight had a new high protein loaf so I was prepared to buy one and analyse it. However they were giving away little packs of 2 slices. It's nothing brilliant. Just like a multi seeded loaf, but not with a great deal of flavour.

I made an adaptation of CC's Red Beans and Rice with Turkey Meatballs - I substituted tofu nuggets for the meatballs, an eggplant and potato goulash, a ground almond and semi dried tomato sauce to go with with pasta, fritatta and a spiralised carrot and zucchini salad with all sorts of left overs in it and Cookie's Hazelnut and Cacao cookies

You have been busy Marina. I have rolls for dinner rising and a Classic Loaf almost ready to cook. I must make something to put in the biscuit barrel too.

Cauliflower and chocolate seems an unusual combination.
