Can you remember the fuss , many years ago when Dan Lepard‘S partner demanded that we remove all TMX converted recipes? I removed several before MM said we weren’t to do so. I also removed the same ones from my Blog. Then I couldn’t remember which ones I removed. Today while checking out carrot recipes on the Forum, I found one. Yippee. Marmalade and Carrot puddings.

Chloe I’m surprised you weren’t mugged for that lovely cake.

Silly spell check. It should say Chookie. 😀😀

That looks interesting Chookie. How did it go?

These are the biscuits I made yesterday. I used molasses instead of honey. They are really tasty.

Are there holes in the bottom of it Chookie?

Nice biscuits cookie.

I made some raspberry jam for a friend whose frozen raspberries were out of date. I cooked it too long so it’s too thick so I hope she can still use it.  I’ve sure lost my cooking skills now, I rarely have success with anything.  500g only made 1 jar with a bit left over.

Judy, just need to add water to thin it a bit.  I think to make good jam , you need to keep making it.
Made veggie soup. Not much fun cooking for one.
