I just made a batch of fab biscuits.  They are called Only the best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever and I do believe they are right.  They are on the official Thermomix site here http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/node/17781  The picture shown is not of these biscuits, but of the smarty biscuits.  These are seriously dangerous for the figure. ;D  Cheers, Nola.

For lunch we had this Asian broth & bok choy soup with some Sui Mai from the Asian cookbook which I've had in the freezer for ages.  It was delicious and very quick to make from pantry/fridge/freezer/garden supplies.

@ tarasis  ;D

@ frozzie....my recipe is a bit different
140g raw sugar (can use pure icing sugar)
20g citric acid
15g bicarbonate soda

Place sugar in bowl and blitz for 20 sec on speed 10 (you need it super fine)
Add citric acid and bicarbonate soda and blitz for another 10 sec on speed 10
Dip with either lollipops or licorice.

Christmas must be coming, these have - cake + orange juice with a dash of alcohol (brandy, sherry, any type of liquer) + cocoa - decoration is melted choc, glaced cherries and mint leave lollies.  Maddy's pops work wonderfully and the kids much prefer these over the fruit cake  :)  :)

Robyn I love the little plum puddings. I usually use green cherries but I think mint leaves would be much nicer.

Nazar I buy online from Baking Pleasures or Raspberry Butterfly, I much prefer the lighter colours but had the violet glitter as a result of the castle cake DD and I did a month or so ago.  BTW glitter helps cover all the errors  :D  :D

No such thing as too much glitter Robyn  8)  They look lovely.

I am really tempted to make those American brownies!
I've just marinated chicken for skewers to take to a bbq tonight, will have a look around to make a salad with a difference, have to make some sandwiches for cricket afternoon tea, and think I will make some of chookies no fuss rolls.
