Maddy, I want some of those heart shaped tins  :-))  Fabulous.

Today I have been busy planning a lunch finger food menu for 8 people next Saturday - didn't take me that long to choose my menu and I made one of items (Cottage Rolls from this forum) which are now in the freezer to be cooked on the day.  Most items will be things I haven't done before but I will be using the TMX  as much as possible to prepare them.  More on this subject after next weeks gathering.

Tonight we are having Pork spareribs and potatoes seasoned with BBQ Bloke's Spice and coleslaw which I made earlier today.

Plan for Today is:

Lunch: Subway (a treat)
Tea: Thin & Crispy Pizza base, Pizza Sauce - both from here

Additional: Quicker Than a Packet Mix with Vanilla Butter Icing (I fancy a sponge cake)
Soda Farls, Wheaten Bread (as the kids are eating it we are zooming through these) and possibly some buttermilk Pancakes (or as known to us in the North of Ireland: Scotch Pancakes). If I had the potatoes I might make some Potato Farls too.

Yes I seem to be on a Northern Ireland bread kick atm and I quite like that they don't need Yeast :)

Today have done Power Balls (and I've nearly finished them), cupcakes turned into butterfly cakes, soup for dinner with a roasted tomato and anchovy pasta dish.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
