Today i have made Taco seasoning, tomato sauce as the base for Taco sauce which is the next item.

Plus will make chookies no fuss rolls.

We are having tacos tonight because the smell of the seasoning was so tempting.

Think it will be Fish n Chips tonight as I am not game to try and cook anything else.

1. Failed at making ricotta cheese
2. Failed at making Dede's Cheesecake slice. Can you believe it was all going beautifully until I poured cooled jelly carefully over the slice and as soon as I picked it up it just went all over the benchtop, cupboards and floors and then fridge. Finished cleaning up the mess and then had a look at the slice  :o where's the jelly gone now  ??? it has disappeared under my baking paper lining and the cheesecake is now floating

CP I have been known to have days like that. Don't cook anything else. Perhaps you have invented a new slice.

I've made an apple custard slice, vegie soup, caramel icecream and have an apple caramel risotto on at the moment.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We are having fish and chip too CP, had a rotten afternoon with the kids at work, full moon tomorrow, no one home so made myself a rum and dry, to calm down.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!
