Nola how would it be if you simply replaced the chorizo with bits of chicken. You could even use pre cooked chicken and just put it in to reheat. I make a chicken risotto and will hunt for the recipe.
Here
it is Nola.
I use this recipe a lot and change it round. I often leave out the tomato bits and the chicken and use seafood. I flavour it then with dill and lemon juice. You may like it or not. We all enjoy different flavours.

Thanks Jean, Maybe I could use chicken and chorizo
. Your recipe would be appreciated.
Thanks, found it. How do you embed a page address under the "here". I can do it with other sites, but can't figure it out for this site.

Nola if you click on the underlined here it should take you to the chicken risotto I use. If you want my seafood one I'll post it a bit later in the day. (I need to go and do some shopping the fridge is empty)
How awful. I didn't proof read my post and made a me/my error. That's what happens when you hurry. No excuse though.

I love garlic confit its soft and mushy and sweet. Great on pizza, bruschetta, or use like butter
I do add garlic confit and onion confit to most of my recipes
