Lemonade? Am lost?
Seen the cream scone recipe.... Don't remember lemonade?!

Look good fundji.

Too busy gardening to cook..... Spent so long queuing at bank today that had fish n chips on way home then 5 hrs gardening.
Big bowl seeded porridge tonight ( and cream) !

We are off to beef expo on weds at crack of dawn for 2 days,
Then we are on hol til 2nd June.

Lots more tidying, sorting and gardening to get done before then.
We are making a garden from scratch and still unpacking after 2 house moves since end aug.

Planted runner beans today. No room for any other vegs  just yet but have worked out where to put poly tunnel. The gardn has terraces and we carted loads of compost in today. I dug a stretch so I could plant a few things  but hopefullynDH will put the rotavator thro the rest. Will chuck some seed packets in as well. Cornflowers and annuals to give us colour and fill gaps. It is huge area to do from scratch, and am trying to do it cheaply too as it is a house that goes with DH s job and is not ours. However it is our home and will be for many years therefore we make the effort.
 Sorry to ramble about gardens.

Thanks for your lovely comments.

Today I made homemade milo, which was just AMAZING :o Well done to cathy79 for such a fab recipe!

For lunch, I tried to make Cape Seed Bread from the EDC. It looked lovely when it came out of the oven, as you can probably see from the photo, but it was really doughy in the middle ??? I followed the recipe exactly, so not sure why that happened.

BUT lunch was not a complete disaster, because I made JulieO's Roasted Butternut and Apple Soup. Y. U. M. There is no other word to describe it ;D ;D ;D

You're amazing Robyn - Shopping, a night away, travel home and start cooking.
3 banana cakes? Are they for your parents and the freezer?
I need to eat my freezer down before cooking anything else.

Hmm, white choc mud muffins tasted great looked shocking.
Bread dough for plaited loaf with minced bacon( minced in the thermomix ) and cheese.
Steamed rice for tea, currently in the thermoserver.
Yesterday was special breadcrumbs with bread, Parmesan and bacon, lemon rind. Love that it took five seconds.
Choc mud cake was Thursday, my kids think I'm the best mum in the world.

Have to say I haven't checked this thread before, I thought I was using Thelma a lot until I read what you all get up to.

Amy I had the same problem when I have made EDC Cape Sead bread.

Today I made New York Rye bread and a roast of beef with roast vegies.
