Ummm.....I should be spending that time doing paperwork/housework/Bas statements/tax return....... instead of baking  :P
Baking is more fun though.....would bake all day if I was able to  8)

Playing around with my new slow cooking today i have the Sear First model
Fry oil, onion, garlic then add 3 cups of unwashed rice fry a little more, add 6 cups of water give it a good stir. Cook in slow cooker for 4 hours
Look at the nice crispy crust it formed, perfect for paella
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I am making Farfallinas Nutella  tart
DS gave me a 5kg jar any ideas what else i could make i have 4 ½ kg left  :-))
