Robyn now I definitely want to come to the pharmacy. I'm sure your DD would be very appreciative.

I'm making some lemon butter and then some decadent Lindt choolate orange brownies with almonds in for DD to take to work tomorrow.

Today I made Anzac biscuits - thought I was being lazy doing it in the TMX but I have to admit there was a lot less mess to clean up afterwards  :). I'm trying farfallina's herby chicken rolls for dinner tonight, hope the kids like it!

Today I made more sticky fruit buns.  They were a big hit last time and I tried Isi's easy Portugese Rolls.
I think the rolls should have stayed in the oven a little longer perhaps

Robyn, those platters look so inviting. You've been a very busy Mum.

Nola,  I find the TC chugs a bit with the breads.  :o
I need to add the flour in two lots rather than all at once.
Build up lots of gluten in the first add and then get the dough to the right texture with the rest of the flour.

I prefer to make the buns in a cake tin like you can see in the pic.  More even rise and softer end result.  My DH prefers them soft.

He is raving about Isi's Portugese rolls at present.  We had them with vegemite and cheese (Good Aussie tucker) :D
The subtle honey flavour was perfect.   Mmmmmm.  Lovely

Robyn the goodies all look really great. Well done to you.

I have been on a similar mission today and since getting home at 5 this afternoon have made a brownie for the santas hats, the rudolph tarts, some oreo chocolate balls ready for decorating and the melted snowman biscuits. Tomorrow afternoon I will be assembling the hats, decorating the balls and finishing the snowman biscuits all ready to go into work on Friday for the Christmas decorating competition we have on.
