Ok I've tried several from thermomix cookbook and off the net but I don't use bakers flour. I replace bakers flour with spelt flour as I can't eat normal white flour it kills my belly. Even the thermomix books spelt rolls still requires normal flour? Hope you guys don't think I'm stupid but bread isn't my forte you guys are inspiring me but problem is an hour later it is rock hard. Can you get a bakers flour that isn't white perhaps?
