DD went to a market yesterday, she brought a cinnamon scroll which she said was not nice at all. She come home and said 'mum your the best cook', 'those scrolls are nothing compared to yours'.
Don't you love when things like this happen ;D

Lots of laughs dede and some great looking food everyone.
I made the Buttermilk Loaf for the EDC and it was superb!
Also made the Mushroom Soup from the EDC. I figure I'd better try more of the recipes if I'm going to be a consultant!

Not too much cooking today.
I was in the Skinflint kitchen today making face cleanser.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Still pretty hoppy but getting better day by day. :)
Hope everyone has a great day.

Uni ,  If there is any corn left over,  just add an egg and some sr flour and make fritters. We had these with TMX sweet chilli sauce and sour cream,  very yummy.

I am at work too. I thought I would have a quick read before I started my next project but you have all been so busy cooking and shopping since I last logged in I have wasted half the morning.

I feel inadequate looking at all of the things you cook.  With just DW and myself I never seem to cook much.
