Uni, can't you just buy a new oven, then tell Frank later......
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

We got a brand new oven a few weeks ago Uni. I am still getting used to it so you can come over and experiment with me if you like :D

Goodness knows what they use Michele but where we occasionally buy our fish and chips, it tastes great  ;D

I don't eat much seafood or take away - I imagine that the fish cocktails I've had are shark?

Quite possibly Michele. I just know the fish and chips shops around here use shark because it is cheap and there is always lots of it. I used to work in a fish factory, you see ;)

Thanks JD :-* I am thanking the oncology nurses who took care of my mum while she was having her cancer treatment. She is having her last round of chemotherapy tomorrow so I am sending the brownies up to the hospital with her :D

That's nice of you Amy to make the nurses some brownies  :)

Uni - you definitely got your oven at a bargain price. Floor stock should still have warranty shouldn't it?

Today I made sticky date pudding (following my non TMX recipe although I should've done it in the thermie) and shortbread biscuit for guests tomorrow.
