Today I am attempting

Ice cream cones, cookies and cream ice cream & whatever else takes my fancy.

We have a foster boy & carer coming to meet us sunday, if he likes it here he will become a regular. So got to make some yummy food

Chicken B'stilla pie today. Tried slightly different chicken b'tstilla triangles yesterday and because I somehow got ingredients and recipes mixed up will be trying the big version today.

Tonight hopefully will be making garlic quinoa and satay veges.

Given up on ice cream cones. Just cant whip egg white in TM. I dont know how some of you manage ???

Its from a WW book called cookies, but cant whip the egg whites so have had to give up.

It's cold and wet here today.  Made a cob loaf again and added some mixed grains, we love this recipe.  Tried my hand at chookies Honey Snap Biscuits, these are so yummy. Thanks for the recipe chookie.  Will try the malt ones next.  Then made a vanilla slice for DH as a treat, this is his all time favourite.

Ok have to stop cooking.

Have made
Cookies and cream ice cream
Tomato sauce
1 litre of Taco sauce
Chocolate Brownies
Chocolate lace cookies
Bechamel sauce
Cheese sauce

Wanted to mae baked custard, but we have lime mouse pue & rice pudding to get through.

We have EB coming next weekend for the lobg weekend, yay licence to cook. Already planning his feast ;D
