Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

They look great Uni.  I've made banana pancakes for breakfast and watched my niece inhale about half a cream whipper full of cream with them.  I've also bagged up four bags of dehydrated capsicum....I managed to get red capsicums for $2 a kilo at Coles yesterday.  I also have green beans $3 a kilo drying.

Pizza or leftovers for lunch, chicken tagine for dinner and white chocolate mud cupcakes for a snack.

I have a bread tin with a lid that slides on.  You put it on while the loaf is on it's second proofing to give you a nice square shape, then bake with the lid still on.

You can also improvise like Uni did, with a baking sheet and weight on top.

DD made JulieO's lime pie. It was delicious. We didn't put the kiwi topping on as we thought we would freeze some, but I don't think it will last that long.

Really easy...I just lined the whole tin with large piece of baking paper, and make sure you leave to cool completely in the tin, before cutting.
It is a rich, decadent brownie  :-*
