astarra what's so special about her book/recipes ? i know with babies its different, but in my days  toddlers ate  whatever the rest of the family was eating

Uni - my baby daughter prefers the food we eat anyway however apparently their kidneys can't cope with the salt we have and also some of our food is quite spicy (she will eat it anyway with no problems)

I just like recipes to follow so that's why I use annabel's book.

Atsarra and Jakodai - I will type up recipes that I convert successfully if I think they're faster than the regular method. Yesterday's one would've involved too many dishes to clean up. I recently converted a recipe from one of her books I borrowed from the library and I liked it too. Must borrow it again to write down how i did it.

Amy, I would love the muesli biscuits recipe. I've got some muesli in my cupboard which no-one will eat, I have no idea why I purchased it.

I'd love to pass it on to you Wonder. I'm just not sure whether I should post it on here because I still haven't figured out where I got it from? What do you think I should do? ???

Post it Amy, it will have different instructions from the original anyway (unless it's already converted for the TMX) - just say you don't know where you got the recipe from.

Today I've made some more vege stock concentrate and tried to convert another baby meal: Quick Chicken Couscous.

I've discovered parsnip as a result of having to include it in baby food and I didn't realise how nice it tasted.

I'm also on a mission to fatten my baby girl up as she is underweight.

Yes....I just meant that I will try and focus on her during feeding and not get distracted....it worked today. I also need to persist a little more when she first shows disinterest...that worked too.
