Over the past few days I've made stock, stock and more stock!Veg stock concentrate, frozen in 1 tbs amounts. A double batch of Tenina's chicken stock granules, now in freezer, and using 4 chicken carcasses from the freezer, I made a big batch of liquid stock in my pc in only 30 mins. It has that jelly like appearance that Maggie Beer so raves about. I have frozen it in 2 cup amounts.
Julie O, my home made stock on the stove top which takes hours is jelly like when cooled. I still think its the best stock you can make. But bonus 30mins in a pressure cooker, that makes it so much easier.H
