Some of you girls have been very busy today, an amazing group of talented Mums on this forum.  I've never heard of Grug Karen but it's just fantastic.

Have a great party this weekend those who are entertaining.

I'm making a SC batch of beef soup, chicken shepherd's pie and attempting English muffins  :-))  Probably run out of time today but I also have some turkey drumsticks thawing out to make Drunken Turkey in the oven.

I've just cooked a chicken in my PC, which I'm about to turn into chicken & mushrooms pies.

I'm not using a recipe really, planning to make it up as I go along!

First time I've cooked a whole chicken in my pressure cooker, it seems to have cooked nicely.

Thanks GF, I'll check that out too! I don't think I've seen that recipe yet.
Probably easier than making one up!
