Karen, love the look of your bread - are you on holidays, you are posting much more frequently than normal  ;)

Lucky visitors tonight Katie - have a great night.

Almost forgot to write what I came on here for.  I've been cooking with my caramelised onion today, made my Caramelised onion and mushroom tarts and my Tomato soup.

Ive been making bread and margarita pizzas today for the freezer.  The little grandchildren love pain pizza - basically cheese and bread.  Four loaves, six pizzas. Just love the TMX for bread making! Brilliant.

Judy, are you going to freeze any of those onions?  Be interesting to see how weather they freeze well or not. Would be handy to have a supply.

We're having rostisseried (?!) roast pork and veges. Smells sooooooo good. There will be no photo as it'll be eaten as it comes off the rotissery. We are such piggies!

Yes I've frozen both the chopped onions and the caramelised onions Jude.  You can buy frozen diced onions so I figured they would be great for soups and casseroles and I expect the caramelised onions will be fine too.

I've made that before myself Uni and was only thinking today that this was another thing I could do with some of the onions I have left.
