It's quiet humid here today while I'm making some scrolls and rolls, the dough is rising far too quick, I can seem to keep up lol, every time I looked the dough was popping out through the MC hole very quickly, even while I was waiting for the oven to Pre heat the scrolls were getting bigger and bigger by the minute lol.
Now I have to wait for the scrolls to cook before I can put the rolls in the oven, hopefully they don't get too big between now and then :)

Humid here too Dede. Can't wait to see a picture of your scrolls. I have pulled Sid out of the fridge to get ready for another attempt at a sourdough loaf. Plan to try chicken kievs a little later on.

I thought the thicker ones would be good hot to have as a side for dinner say with salad and steak  :)
