Chrissa, great deserts :)

Not cooking anything today, not even on the rotisserie we have so much meat left from yesterday.

My friends brought fantastic free range meat.
Butterflyed leg of lamb in a portugese marinade
Pork, Veal & white wine sausages
Wagyu Burgers, these were absolutely amazing :) of course cp loves wagyu

They bought enough meat for a gourmet feast for about 10 people. :)

Savoury flat breads, corn & green onion dip, refreshed some mushroom & feta tarts from the freezer and thawed out 4 of Mum's birthday cupcakes for visitors this afternoon.

I used my large 'home made' stamp on the flat breads but it's not very clear.

Judy they look lovely.  Just like Maggie Beers. Do you use a pasta machine to roll them?

I just  made Apple Risotto from the vegetarian cookbook. My DH loves this. I was hoping to get to savoury nuts but have been kicked out of the kitchen. :D DD is making the biscuit recipe on the back of a gorgeous Christmas card I received the other day from a forum member. I'll post a photo when they are made. She isn't using the TMX, said it's easier in a pot. :-\

No Cookie, they roll very easily because you only have small pieces to work with.  They are quite quick to make really - I would never tackle anything for unexpected visitors if it took too long but I knew I could whip these up in no time, well once the rising was done.

Chrissa, perhaps you could line the sides of your springform next time.

Lovely food Chrissa and Judy.
Today I am making speculas biscuits, followed by tenina's sugar and spice, followed by tenina's speculas spread all in order to make tenina's speculas ice cream. Wow that's long winded isn't it!
