Tenina's smoked chicken pâté....quick & easy to whip up

And made a batch of semi dried tomato pesto, and mixed through cream cheese,  for a tray of nibbles with friends tonight.

This is bread sticks cooked in the lasagna tin,  and a sour dough loaf.

Amazing pictures maddy & Chookie - how I'd love to be on the end of a hamper from either of you 2  ;D

I know what you mean too about giving it all away - I thought I'd put a container of the fish/chicken coating away for myself but I hadn't so I had to pinch some from the only container I had left which is for my DD.  I do like to try things before giving them and I'm so glad I did - it was lovely.  Now to make another batch for myself and top up DD's container.

Yay, we have jam now.
But I also bought pork belly to do tonight (the recipe from Tenina's Merry Christmix book) and have realised I gave away all the salt mix too.   :-)) Oh, well, think I have enough of everything to make another batch.  (or maybe it's an excuse to visit The Spice Rack - local indian grocer where I get my spices)

Those mango bars are wicked.  I haven't made any this summer as my DH loves them so much, he doesn't stop eating them.

Today I've made Vienna bread, Swedish ice-cream cheesecake and malt slice.
