Not much cooking here today, most of it we did yesterday. So just got to prepare the salads, slice the fudge, carve the meats, peel the prawns and set the table ;)

This is our Turkey Breast Wellington from Jamie on tv the other night. I made it yesterday and we are just cutting our meats for lunch so we don't have to do it later. DH has to pick up MIL.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I didn't have too cook lunch or dinner today 😃

I did cook Monkey bread for breakfast as its our traditional Xmas morning breaky, along with a fruit platter and some blueberry muffins
