I did a risotto last nite.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

You're welcome Amy. I was hoping to convert a recipe a week this year. All was going well until I went back to work.
This weekend will convert something else to catch up.  :D

I think I should stop converting cakes and start contributing to the main meals! Maybe that should be my forum goal for the year ;D

Amy, have you got A Taste of Vegetarian thermomix book? It has some nice recipes. Although there would be enough recipes on here to keep you in vegetarian meals a few times a week for a very long time. DH and I try and have 3 vegetarian meals a week.
It's more economical than meat too.  :D

No, I don't have that cookbook Mich. I should get some more of the TMX cookbooks. I don't have FFS or QFITT either! :-))

I have made 2 big chicken lasagnes for the freezer, (mid week meals)

mango weiss bars for kids

lots of herb/ spices  salt

Pankcakes for the kids breakfast

still to make :)

Pizza
Fritta /  quiche for lunches
biscuits  choc chip
brownies
another main meal for freezer...
 :)

It's quirky jo's recipe from her blog Amy. Has almonds, cashews and macadamia's. is so delicious am eating my way thru one batch a week, oops ;)
