The rhubarb crumble looks delicious!

Today I had the family over for brunch. I made everyone omelettes to order so everyone could choose fillings that they liked. I also made the most delicious gluten free bread as my brother is coeliac....wish I had taken a photo. It was dense like gf bread often is, but strangely enough also light and airy!

thanks Judy and Amy,   Another good use for Rhubarb.   Will post the crumble recipe,  but suggest you make 1/2.  I now have a very large container in the freezer.

Jamberie, what recipe did you use for the GF bread.?
The crumbles were very nice.   Good idea to use jam as then not necessary to add sugar.

Chookie I am not clever. It is a free app for the iPad called Snap Card. Great fun to play with.

I've made so e Granuesli and Tapenade so far today.

Oh you've inspired me GHM! I think I might have a go at these for morning tea...did you do the Tim Tam + philly cheese kind or the cake kind? Any tips on getting the Tim Tam + philly cheese ones round and not oddballish??

Hi Jamberie
my cake pops were cheats, I just used the cake mix and pre made frosting as it was my first attempt.  I can PM you the link to the recipe if you like

That'd be fab GHM :)
I'm always after quick morning tea ideas for work, and they look like they'd fit the bill perfectly!
