Yes girls busy day.  Have a DH who tries to help!!!!!   Just keep stacking the dish washer and we have plenty of water.   Chooks finally got their greens.

Some busy cooks over the weekend.

I'm having a Uni moment, up early and straight into cooking.    I have Kimmy's carrot cake in the oven and about to make caramelized onions for tarts.

Michele,  looks yummy.  What recipe do you use for your Falafel?

Last night I made the egg dish from Rachel Khoo's TV programme.  Delicious.  Had to bake a loaf of white bread first. 
Today,  2 lots of SD,  one with German Grain flour and the other white bread sticks.  Also Quince and Apple Jelly. 
Baked Rainbow Trout with dill and lemon.  Served with mashed potato, TMX,  and yoghurt and cucumber sauce and salad.
About to make Almond biscuits.

DH gave them the thumbs-up. It's just a WW recipe, I will post it later tonight.

This loaf was made from 500g.  German Grain flour,( Laucke) and 500g of white SD starter.
