I'd pick spending time in the kitchen over setting up a new TV any day ES but we all know about boys and their toys LOL

I'm cooking a roast pork for tea (yes it will be ready 8 hours before I need it ) but I have to go out just and won't be back till late, so it will be waiting for me when I get home.

While the oven was on I made the never fail cupcakes and some macadamia and chic chip cookies from an emailed recipe.  They don't look very nice though but I'll see how they taste when they cool down.

Thanks.  The cupcakes are nice but the cookies are a massive failure.

Horrible and soft and not a nice texture at all

Shame about the cookies Chrissa :(

I made some banana cake today, a little bit different to most as it included cardamom. Really light and delicious. Link here: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13806.0

I saw that post, looks good.   I love banana bread but DH is doing low carb.  I might make it later in the week and take it into work.

The cupcakes are for my niece and nephew that I pick up from school on Mondays.  The cookies were for DH because they had no flour in them, only chick peas and ground almonds,  they are in the bin now.

Made some bread rolls and a loaf tonight. Rolls are fine, but the loaf is lopsided on flat on one end. I think it belongs on the oops thread
