Great success cookie1, I am making them for Melbourne Cup but this lot was with almond milk in the buttercream.  I have made them before using andriano zumbo's recipe.  Ending up making a quick batch of cherry ripe ice cream and also some pizza dough, how quick in the thermo compared to the KA.

Made bread today, when I was supposed to do cleaning. Hehehe. Three versions: mung bean paste, cheese and  curry chicken 😋 The house is still messy 😁

Bread recipe from A Taste of Asia. Will post review.

I have made a large batch of muesli based on Tenina's recipe in FFS, but with more oats, less honey and butter, and the addition of macadamias, pepitas and chia seeds. Whilst i had the oats out and the jug dirty, I made a batch of Judy's crunchy anzac biscuits. I have also made a large batch of taco seasoning as I thought I might do some jars for sale at our school fete in a couple of weeks. I will have to make tacos this week and check that I have got the proportions correct ;)

Sourdough biscuits (more like damper), veg stock, smoothies and pizza dough.

Yesterday was DH's 5th birthday and I used ILB cake recipe and creamy vanilla frosting to make his purple rainbow cake. Love the frosting and can't believe I waited this long go make it. Will be using it on my cakes instead of traditional buttercream, from now on.
